Free Local Delivery ($75+ Niagara Region Only)
White Meadows Farms is proud to offer free local delivery to our friends and neighbours in the Niagara Region on purchases of maple syrup and/or maple products at or above $75 pre-tax. Some exclusions may apply.
Free local delivery includes delivery addresses in the following postal codes:

I’m located in Niagara, why isn’t the Free Local Delivery shipping option showing up?
There are several reasons that this may be happening:
- Your postal code has been recently added to the Niagara Region. Please contact us if your postal code has recently changed or if you’re living in a newly developed neighbourhood that may have a brand new postal code that hasn’t made it into our shipping system
- Your subtotal is less than $75
- You have an item in your cart that is NOT eligible for Local Delivery (ie. Maple Baked Beans, other fridge/freezer items)
Product Availability & Backorders
What happens if I order an item that shows “in stock” but actually isn’t?
Occasionally, an item may appear available due to an inventory system error when it’s actually out of stock. If this happens, we’ll contact you right away with options. You can choose an alternative product, or we can provide an estimated restock date for when your original item will be ready to ship.
What should I expect if something I ordered is “Backordered”?
If an item is backordered, it may take a day or two for us to retrieve it from our main warehouse and process it for shipping. In some cases, the product may still be in production, which could extend the wait to about a week. Gift boxes and packs are often made to order and assembled after your purchase. If an item will take longer than a week to be back in stock, we’ll contact you with an update.
Processing & Delivery Times
How long will my product take to ship?
We typically have your product packaged and on the road within 1-2 business days. Always track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the update emails we send as we process your order.
AFTER 1-2 DAYS OF PACKAGING AND PROCESSING:
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
- In Ontario typically arrive in 1-2 business days
- British Columbia take about 4 days.
- As a general rule, add 1 day for each province between Ontario and your destination.
- However, weather conditions—like the occasional blizzard—may cause delays.
- We do not offer guaranteed delivery times.
SHIPPING TO USA & INTERNATIONAL
- You can expect to receive your product within about 2 weeks after placing your order.
- We do not offer guaranteed delivery times.

Packaging & Courier Services
Where is my product coming from?
Your product will be shipped/delivered right from our farm in southern Ontario, Canada.
What shipping company does White Meadows use?
For North American orders, we typically ship via FedEx, Canpar, Purolator or Canada Post.
For international orders placed through our online store, shipments are made using Canada Post by default. However, if you contact us at info@whitemeadowsfarms.com and allow additional time for processing (up to one week), we may be able to ship using alternative couriers such as DHL or UPS, which could offer better rates and faster delivery.
Please note:
PO Box and U.S. Military Base deliveries are exclusively shipped through Canada Post.
How can I expect my package to look?
We package our products, especially the glass syrup bottles, liberally to ensure your order arrives safe and sound. Every product is carefully wrapped in kraft paper and placed into a box. Expect to receive a much larger box than you think your order needs. We don’t take chances when it comes to shipping syrup.
Damaged Items
What do I do if my order does arrive damaged?
This is rare, but if it does happen please photograph the condition of the box and email the images to us immediately so we can determine a course of action to amend the incident.
Customs and Duties

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays at international customs. It is both yours and the recipient’s responsibility to be informed about the tax and duty requirements in the destination country. Any duties, taxes, or other customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. While we strive to assist and provide guidance through this process, please note that we may not always have specific information regarding customs requirements for every destination.

Firewood Delivery

Due to the additional scheduling and specialized truck required, all firewood orders are subject to a delivery fee. To learn more, visit our Firewood Page. You can find out the delivery price by adding firewood to your cart in our online store and entering your address at checkout.
We can deliver up to 2 face cords of firewood in one delivery.
Cost Savings Tip!
How can I lower my shipping cost?
You can try adding and removing items from your cart to see how it affects shipping costs—sometimes shipping two bottles of syrup costs the same as shipping one. It’s also often more cost-effective to choose plastic bottles instead of glass, as they require less packaging and weigh less, which can help reduce shipping fees.
