How It Works

  1. Place your order online for delivery or in-store pickup
  2. 📣 Orders are open: January 1 – March 31
  3. Syrup is produced and packaged once our harvest season wraps up
  4. Orders are fulfilled in the last week of April

In-Store Pickup

  • Choose Curbside Pickup at Checkout to pick up at our Farm store in Pelham
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready
  • Estimated fulfillment: End of April

Delivery

  • Orders ship at the end of April
  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • Free Local Delivery available in the Niagara Region Only

FAQs

  • Why is this a pre-order?
    As the year goes by, our syrup quantity reduces until our next harvest. This guarantees that you can secure your syrup as soon as it’s available!
  • If I don’t order the 4L jug through the pre-sale, will I be able to order it later in the year?
    No, this item will only be available through the pre-sale until March 31st. Another pre-sale will open up again in January. Fill out this form to be added to the waitlist for the next pre-sale.
  • Why can’t I add the item to the cart?
    Be sure that there are no other items in your cart before adding any 4L Pre-Sale jugs.
  • Can I add other products to my order?
    ⚠️ Pre-sale 4L jugs cannot be combined with any other items at checkout. If you’d like to receive additional items please place a separate order.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Once payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to increase the quantity in your order prior to pickup or delivery, please place an additional order.
  • Is there a maximum amount that can be ordered?
    No, order as many jugs as you’d like, while quantities last.
  • Can this item be shipped to the USA?
    Yes!
  • Is it cheaper to buy the jug in person in one of your stores?
    No, the price is consistent across all sales channels and locations.
