After testing 100’s of pancake variations, we believe we have struck gold with our fluffy buttermilk pancake mix! Our 1-kg cloth bag holds enough mix to griddle 40 medium sized pancakes. For smaller groups, our 500-g cloth bag can make up to 20 medium sized pancakes. Just add eggs, water and vegetable oil.
