After You Register
A confirmation package will be sent to your school with detailed information on how your class’s day at the farm will progress.
Included in the package will be our brochures, Sweet Shop order catalogs, activity pages for the kids, and a map that identifies our recommended travel directions between your school and our farm.
On the morning of your tour, the tour guide will confirm the exact number of participants in your group and ensure your booking is updated.
Please call/email us as soon as possible for any changes to your group size.
Our Maple Sweet Shop staff can take payment from you on the day of your tour. Otherwise, your school will be invoiced by email following the day. Payment is required within 2 weeks of your tour date. 2% interest will be charged on overdue payment.
We accept payment by cash, school cheque or e-transfer, and Credit Card.
We require three weeks notice for cancellations.
Place Your Orders!
Parents are asked to fill out the form on the back of the Sweet Shop Catalog and enclose payment for any products they wish to order prior to the day of their child’s tour.
Upon your arrival, we will ask for all of the completed forms. Our staff will compile your class’s orders during your tour and have them ready for pickup upon conclusion of your visit.
