If you’re road-tripping through Niagara this summer, there’s a farm-side patio waiting for you, and a glass of Maple Iced Tea with your name on it. Lightly sweet and hydrating – our iced tea is made from maple infused black tea and sweetened with our very own small-batch maple sugar.
Served over ice with a slice of lemon, it’s a refreshing way to slow down, rehydrate, and savour the flavours of summer 🍋 ☀️
This farm-exclusive drink can only be enjoyed alongside one of our Maple Tasting Boards — available as standalone experience or as an add-on to our Discover Maple Tour. Book ahead or stop in from May through October on select dates – extra cups can be added to your booking upon request!

A Little Bit of History in Every Glass
Iced tea may feel like a modern indulgence, but its roots go way back. Though chilled tea existed earlier, it was the sweltering heat of the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis that helped it take off in North America. Vendors couldn’t sell hot tea in the blazing sun, so they poured it over ice – and a refreshing tradition was born.
Our version adds a Canadian twist: black tea sweetened with real maple sugar, harvested right here from our trees. It’s iced tea reimagined the Canadian way 🇨🇦
Why It’s So Refreshing
Not all iced teas are created equal. While store-bought versions often contain refined sugars or artificial flavours, our Maple Iced Tea is made with only natural ingredients and sweetened with real maple sugar – a mineral-rich alternative to white sugar.
Beyond taste, Maple Iced Tea is genuinely hydrating. Black tea is over 99% water, and its modest caffeine content doesn’t counteract hydration the way an iced coffee might. Paired with maple sugar, it’s a smarter, more refreshing alternative.
Whether you’re fuelling up after a tour or just enjoying the country views, this is the kind of iced tea that keeps you cool and coming back for more.

Sip & Savour On Our Tasting Patio
